Glady & Co’s PATHWAYS to Independence Program is a structured, group-based capacity building program that supports people with psychosocial or cognitive disability to build everyday life skills, social connection and confidence.
Delivered across 13 weeks, each term focuses on a specific topic such as Foundations, Digital Literacy, Employment or Community Participation. Participants can choose the program that best suits their current goals and continue building on their progress in future terms. The program runs in three age-based groups: Rising (18 to 25), Anchored (26 to 35) and Empowered (36 and over), ensuring content is tailored to different life stages.
Each week includes hands on learning, group-based activities and supported community outings, delivered by a professional and lived experience team. In the final two weeks, participants have opportunity to attend a two to three day Inspire Program and spend time at the Boronia Hub to explore ongoing social opportunities.
Pathways to Independence is ideal for people working towards greater independence, community engagement or future employment, with support every step of the way.
