(T1 Rising A) Week 12: Putting It All Together (End of program)

Week 12 marks the conclusion of the Pathways to Independence program and provides an opportunity for participants to reflect on their journey, recognise their achievements, and celebrate their participation. The session brings together key skills and learning from across the program, highlighting personal growth, confidence, and progress toward individual goals.

The day includes a Friday celebration, acknowledging each participant’s efforts and engagementritions. Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation in recognition of their engagement and commitment throughout the program.
