(T2 Rising A) Week 2: Introduction to Work & Personal Strengths
Week 2: Introduction to Work & Personal Strengths
Week 2 introduces participants to the idea of work and employment pathways in a supportive and accessible way. The focus is on exploring personal strengths, interests, and skills, and how these can link to different types of work, volunteering, or future study. Participants are supported to build self-awareness and confidence, while beginning to understand what being “work-ready” can look like at their own pace.

Group discussion around what “work” means and the different ways people participate (paid work, volunteering, study)

-

-
Regular breaks and flexible participation options

Time for questions and one-to-one support if needed
