The Boronia Hub is a welcoming community centre dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and diverse psychosocial needs. We provide a range of services and programs tailored to promote personal development, social engagement, and overall well-being. At the Boronia Hub, we believe in fostering a  supportive environment where every individual can thrive. Our programs are designed with the understanding  that psychosocial and disability-related challenges require holistic, person-centered approaches that respect each individual’s unique journey.

Supportive Environment:  We offer various social groups and activities that reduce isolation, build capacity, enhance confidence, promote active participation for individuals and are designed to meet diverse psychosocial and disability-related needs in line with your goals.
Flexible Attendance:  With our Hub Program of Support individuals may choose from any number of weekdays to attend with the extra option for Saturdays as supported by your NDIS plan. This program covers all materials, activities and refreshments including venue and staffing costs providing a fully inclusive experience that supports personal growth and well-being.
